House of YUME began with a question, not a concept: how do we want a guest to feel when they leave? Cared for. Considered. A little quieter inside than when they arrived.
Everything we built — three rooms, one philosophy — answers that question. Omakase for trust. Kaisenya for the sea. Izakaya for the long, easy hours after dark.
